Custom jeans manufacturing for small brands
SEASANG is a jeans manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan. We develop custom jeans and denim trousers for independent brands: your fit, your fabric, your details. Most projects start at around 100 pieces per style, per colour.
With denim, the wash matters as much as the pattern. Rinse, stone, acid or vintage-look washes each change colour, hand feel and shrinkage, so every wash direction is confirmed on a sample. Two washes of the same jean are planned more like two styles than two colours. Send a reference pair or measurements for rise, thigh, knee, leg opening and inseam, and tell us about pockets, stitching and hardware.
