Puff print works best on smooth, heavier knits such as fleece and French terry. The print and the garment are sampled together.
We wash-test the sample so you can see how the print holds before you approve bulk.

Puff print is a screen print with an ink that rises when it is heat-cured, giving the artwork a raised, soft-touch surface. It is one of the most requested finishes on streetwear hoodies. SEASANG makes the hoodie and arranges the puff print in Humen, Dongguan, where we work with experienced print workshops next to our sewing floor, so the garment and the print are sampled and checked together.
Send the artwork file, the print size and the placement, and tell us the hoodie fabric and colour. Fine lines and very small text can close up when the ink rises, so we review the file first and suggest adjustments if needed. The sample is wash-tested before you approve bulk. Most projects start at around 100 pieces per style, per colour.
