PLAN EACH STAGE

Three stages.
Three separate timelines.

Sample development

Usually around 7–10 days, depending on construction.

Assessment starts with your design reference or tech pack. Confirm the fabric, measurements, sample scope and cost before scheduling the sample.

First production run

Usually around 2 weeks after sample approval.

Planning starts after sample approval. Confirm quantities by colour and size, materials, finishing details and production availability before agreeing on a dispatch target.

Repeat order

Schedule reviewed for each repeat.

Assessment starts with your original style number and approved sample or reference. Confirm quantities and any changes to materials, colours, construction or finishing.

These are indicative ranges. Confirm material readiness, the agreed start date and the day-count basis in the project quote. Shipping is separate. Repeat timing is confirmed after a fresh availability review.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before your
first sample.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our usual starting quantity is around 100 pieces per style, per colour. One design in black and blue usually means around 100 of each, about 200 pieces total. We confirm the final minimum against the design and material requirements.

Do I need a complete tech pack?

A tech pack helps, but you can begin with sketches, reference images or a reference garment. We will discuss which details are still needed before sampling.

Can we start with a sample?

Yes. We can discuss sample development before bulk production. Sample scope, costs and timing are confirmed after reviewing your design.

How do we confirm the schedule?

We review the schedule against the design, approved sample, material availability and production requirements. Shipping time is discussed separately.

Can you confirm a price from a picture?

A picture is a useful starting point. Please also share fabric requirements, sizes, construction details and quantities by colour so we can assess the project.

How do small repeat orders work?

Share the original style or order reference, quantities by colour and any changes. We review the approved sample, material availability and production schedule before confirming a repeat. Shipping is planned separately.
