This page explains how the project inquiry form handles your information.

What the project form collects

The form records the name, email, delivery country or region, product category, quantities and project details you enter, together with any optional files. It also records the page or design reference that brought you to the form.

How we handle your inquiry

We use your contact details and design information to review your request and discuss your project. Your submitted files are available only to authorised staff. Access to submitted information and files is restricted to the site's authorised administrators.

Website usage statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and loading performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track individual visitors. Our website separately counts WhatsApp link clicks by page and saved project inquiries. The click log contains a random event reference, time and page path, without your name, email, message, IP address or URL query parameters. A short-lived, keyed IP digest is used only to limit automated requests. Server and security logs may separately process connection information. Clicking WhatsApp does not mean that a message has been sent.

Contact links

WhatsApp and social profile links open the relevant third-party platform, where its own terms apply. Opening a link does not automatically send a message or follow an account. The copy-name button copies only the displayed account name.
